"Very unsatisfied with their service. We got insurance for a property and it turned out they signed us up for the wrong type of policy. When they found out they provided a new quote for the correct policy which was $800 more per year. Then we were required to do an inspection which cost us about $500. I asked them repeatedly to contribute to either the difference in premium price or to the cost of the inspection due to their mistake however they refused. To make things worse a month after they bound the policy I got an email from Josh that our policy was being cancelled the next day. He waited until the very last minute to tell me and left us with out insurance. They had no accountability and were not willing pay for extra expenses we incurred due to the mistakes they made."

"I just switched to this SF office. I previously had insurance with Progressive but the their renewal home quote came in triple from last year. It went from $1,015>$3,134. That was a hard no! Not only did this SF office beat that quote at $662 the coverage is at higher limits and includes an umbrella. They also beat Progressives price on the cars with better coverage. For the record I got quotes from 2 other SF offices closer to me but they couldn't come close to what this SF office offers. I worked with Brenda L.
